Terence Ryan was born and raised in Pembroke, MA, a typical Boston suburb. Not many musicians in the town, if any. With no musicians in the family, Terence started making music is the basement, first a guitar and then a laptop – slowly blending folk and soul, indie rock with banjos and 808s. Moving to California to make his dreams come true, he ended up living out of his car and moving back to New England with what would become his debut LP scattered among the many sessions on his lap top. In the mode of the great troubadours past Terence’s art is the modern struggle to achieve, not greatness, but just a little better then what we got.
His new 10-track album "Don't Panic" is available on CD exclusively from Newbury Comics.
