When will my order ship?
newburycomics.com generally ships all in stock product within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the order. During periods of high order volume this may be increased, with handling times ranging 5-7 business days prior to shipment. Please see the chart below for estimated shipping times.
Orders placed after 12AM (EST) will not begin processing until the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. If an order is placed that includes an item not currently in stock, we generally hold the entire order until that item becomes available. Your order may be shipped in two separate shipments depending on the availability of the items in your order.
Any order for an item that is not yet available from the record label or distributor will be shipped when the item is released. newburycomics.com ships pre-ordered product as close to the release date as is possible. Due to ongoing industry-wide issues with distribution, there may be delays in the shipment of some pre-ordered product. Pre-ordered product is not guaranteed to arrive on the release date.
For insurance and security purposes, domestic orders exceeding a product total of $200.00 will be shipped with USPS Signature Confirmation.
We will not open sealed LPs before shipping as, once opened, they can no longer be sold as new if the product is returned. All of our records are shipped in a sturdy, padded vinyl mailer.
All packages ship from Brighton, Massachusetts.

Any delivery estimates provided the by USPS and DHL eCommerce are simply estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not able to guarantee specific delivery dates.

newburycomics.com ships international orders via DHL eCommerce to the following countries and territories - American Samoa, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Mariana Islands, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, San Marino, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the United Kingdom.
Newbury Comics limits all international orders to a maximum $150.00 total including product and shipping.
International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Orders shipping to the United Kingdom will include VAT added during the payment at checkout.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from newburycomics.com, you are considered the importer of the item and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. International customers and customers shipping products internationally should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Providing your phone number at checkout will decrease the likelihood of shipment delays by Customs Services. Last mile parcel delivery is carried out by local post.
Please note that not all items listed on newburycomics.com are available for international shipping.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We cannot make exchanges via newburycomics.com.
newburycomics.com will gladly accept returns on any defective item in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. UNOPENED items may be returned within 30 days for a refund less shipping costs. newburycomics.com does not accept returns of any opened items or worn garments. We will replace defective merchandise with another copy of the same item.
Purchases made at newburycomics.com may only be returned at our on-line store. Newbury Comics retail locations will not accept a return of an on-line purchase. Items purchased from a Newbury Comics retail location may not be returned on-line.
With ANY return of an item purchased on-line, please e-mail us at customerservice@newburycomics.com to make return arrangements. Please take care when packing the product for return.We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.
Freight Forwarding Liability
Once your package is delivered to the freight forwarding service, our responsibility for the package is limited. We are not liable for any damage, loss, or issues that occur after the package is handed over to the freight forwarder. We ensure that your package is in good condition and accurately dispatched before it reaches the freight forwarder. If your item is defective and you used a freight forwarding service, we will only supply a return label to the shipping address supplied to us and you are responsible for sending the defective product back to the freight forwarding service.
We do not offer replacements for orders shipped to freight forwarding services. Refunds will only be issued once product is returned to us.
For any issues related to damage or loss after delivery to the freight forwarder, please contact the freight forwarding service directly.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment for orders placed via newburycomics.com will be captured when your order is successfully placed. newburycomics.com accepts the following methods of payment:

Are the prices on the web site the same as the stores?
Prices on newburycomics.com do not reflect pricing in Newbury Comics retail locations. Website inventory does not reflect the inventory of any of our retail locations.
Will I be charged sales tax?
New internet commerce laws are such that we are required to charge sales tax in states where we are considered to have a retail or economic presence. Because we ship goods to your state, we are considered to have a presence there, and as such are required to charge sales tax on all orders from your state. We can assure you the sales tax you were charged is indeed being paid directly to your state.

Are all of your products in stock?
Because of changing availability in our dynamic warehouse any item ordered at newburycomics.com may require more than 2-5 days to fulfill. Some products may no longer be available. If an item is no longer available the order for that item would be cancelled. Please also note that all Vinyl, CD, and other new release information including new release availability dates and product information is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any transaction to one and to cancel any order for any reason at any time. This is a retail consumer site and we do not sell wholesale to retailers.
Can I sell used items to Newbury Comics?
Newbury Comics retails locations may purchase used products from customers. This includes CDs, DVDs, Vinyl, Books, and any other products. Please contact your local store for more information about product categories and titles currently being accepted. We are not able to purchase used items from customers from newburycomics.com.
Can I use Newbury Comics Gift Cards Online?
